These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and luki91 ("luki91," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all access to and use of the luki91 website located at luki91.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional features, and customer support interactions.

By accessing the luki91 website, completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the luki91 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. luki91 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill confirming your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account registration is free of charge. luki91 does not charge any fee to create an account, and no purchase is necessary to register. However, real-money gaming features require a minimum deposit as specified on the Cashier page of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luki91 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. luki91 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.

You must not share your luki91 account login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. luki91 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. luki91 requires passwords of at least 8 characters combining letters and numbers.
• Do not access your luki91 account on shared or public devices without logging out after every session.
• Review your account transaction history regularly and report any discrepancies to support immediately.
• luki91 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel.

luki91 reserves the right to suspend or freeze an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During such investigation periods, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld. luki91 will communicate the reason for any account suspension within a reasonable timeframe.

luki91 processes all account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and retail cash top-up at approved agents. luki91 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits to your luki91 account must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that (a) is registered in the same legal name as your luki91 account, and (b) has been used to make at least one prior deposit to your account, unless otherwise approved by luki91 compliance in writing. luki91 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Cashier page, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the required wagering of any active bonus funds. Withdrawals requested prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds. luki91 does not charge standard withdrawal fees for PKR transactions, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• luki91 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending identity verification or source-of-funds documentation where required.
• luki91 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to network fees payable by the player and standard blockchain confirmation times.

luki91 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time it is presented to you.

The following general conditions apply to all luki91 bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus offer may be active in your account at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to game conduct, and these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.

Bet Acceptance: luki91 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, where the outcome of an event is already known at the time of placement, or where luki91 reasonably suspects that the bet is part of a coordinated betting scheme.

Technical Errors: In the event of a platform malfunction, game error, or technical fault affecting a bet or game outcome, luki91 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. luki91 is not liable for winnings generated as a result of a technical error.

Cricket & Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets on luki91 — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and domestic tournaments — are governed by sport-specific rules published in the luki91 Sports Rules section. Markets are settled based on official result sources. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of market settlement.

• luki91 sets and manages its own odds independently. Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for integrity verification. luki91 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luki91 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one luki91 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the luki91 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the luki91 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the luki91 platform without written authorisation.

luki91 employs continuous monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where evidence of prohibited activity is identified, luki91 will take immediate action including account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without refund, and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigation.

All content on the luki91 platform — including but not limited to the luki91 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of luki91 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luki91 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in any luki91 content or intellectual property.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any luki91 content without express prior written permission from luki91.
• You may not use the luki91 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by luki91.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the luki91 platform is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

luki91 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. luki91 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, available at any time through your account settings:

luki91 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming limits on any account where platform data or player behaviour indicates potential problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has self-requested such limits. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luki91 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the luki91 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical errors, platform downtime, or service interruptions.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond luki91's reasonable control.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the consequences of bonus forfeiture or account suspension.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

The luki91 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While luki91 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own device security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit luki91's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

luki91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, payment methods, or business operations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, luki91 will notify registered players by publishing the updated Terms on the luki91 website and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address or displaying a notice upon your next login. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the luki91 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting luki91 Support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming compliance standards under which luki91 operates.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and luki91, you should first contact luki91 Support via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. luki91 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, luki91 will refer the matter to its designated alternative dispute resolution process.

Complaints Procedure: Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and must include your full name, account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. luki91 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the luki91 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and luki91 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
